First off I would like to congratulate my favorite NBA Team the Miami Heat for shocking everyone in the Eastern Conference Playoffs. Miami was a 8 seed they lost a play In tournament game to the Hawks then they had to beat the Bulls to make the Playoffs. Miami then went onto shock the #1 Seed Bucks in 5 games and they beat a gamed Knicks team in 6 games. And then came the Boston Celtics who somehow Miami went up 3-0 and then Boston forced a game 7 and everyone was sure the Celtics would make history and be the first team ever to come back from down 0-3 that didn't happen. The Miami Heat never gave in they kept fighting and fell short to a incredible Denver Nuggets Team 4-1 in the 2023 NBA Finals. I salute the Heat on giving me a incredible run. This blog is about the Denver Nuggets who in my opinion have the best player in the game in the Joker Nicola Jokic. Denver really for most of the season had the best record in the West. There playoff run started by beating the 8 seed Timberwolves in 5 games then they beat a loaded Phoenix Suns team in 6 games. And then came the Western Finals Vs LeBron James and Anthony Davis and the surprising Lakers. The Nuggets swept the Lakers which no one saw coming Nikola Jokic was the Western Conference Finals MVP. Nuggets Coach Mike Malone has done a fabolous job with this nuggets roster. Denver has Jamal Murray who is a natural born scorer they have Aaron Gordon who plays great Defense and is very athletic. Michael Porter JR is very young and very talented they have Bruce Brown who they got from Brooklyn. Miami was just overmatched in these NBA Finals by a juggernaut Nuggets Team. Nicola Jokic won the NBA Finals MVP after posting these ridiculous numbers. In five Finals games against the Heat Jokic averaged 30.2 points, 14 Rebounds and 7.2 Assists. Nicola Jokic is a monster he is amazing and very classy and he has a beautiful Daughter he's just someone you root for. I congratulate the 2023 NBA Champion Denver Nuggets for winning there first ever NBA Championship.
